Process

• A periodic, facilitated, gathering of representatives from groups and projects.
• Agenda:
  • Presentation of brief updates on ongoing or upcoming actions & projects.
  • Addressing conflicts (facilitated/mediated dialogue).
  • Shared strategy development.
  • Proposals.
• Decision-making:
  • Consensus process.
  • Which specific form of consensus to be used is set by the participants.
  • Starting out we can default to the classic “affirm, stand-aside, block” with 60% affirm to pass.
