Subjects / Topics / Content
- Action promotion—showing how people can participate in an action. (summary of issue, explain various ways to take action)
- Updates/News on issues, projects, groups, events, actions. Perhaps an emphasis on ways people can get involved, participate, and take action.
- How to, tutorials, educational. Looking at the things that go into being an activist, an organizer, building movements for social change, etc.
- Vision/Goals/Strategies/Tactics presentation (mini documentaries/talks on philosophies and ways of engaging in social change)
- Documentaries—going in depth on an issue.
- People’s stories. Interviews, “selfie” tales, etc.
Schedule
- One-off: a single video, not part of any ongoing series. (e.g., a stand-alone documentary)
- Mini-series: a set of videos around a subject/cause. (e.g., an educational series)
- “Blitz”: a bunch of videos, using a variety of formats for a variety of audiences. (e.g., to bring together a lot of different supports to engage on a time-sensitive issue)
- Ongoing: a continuing series of videos, probably on a regular(ish?) schedule. (e.g., regular “news” updates)

- “Traditional”, viable for screenings or broadcasts.
- “Web” (e.g., YouTube)
- “Phone”, short-format, vertical orientation, (e.g., TikTok, YouTube shorts)
